What different delivery options do we offer?

We offer delivery via Bring and Postnord. You can choose either home delivery or delivery to a pickup point.

Can I track my order?

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation to your email address. The email contains a tracking link that you can click to track your shipment.

What happens if I don't pick up my order from the pickup point?

For packages that are not collected from pickup points, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping costs, expedition and handling fee, which is currently 200 kr.

How long is the delivery time?

Our orders are sent from our warehouse in Finland and the delivery time is between 3-5 days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification to your email with a tracking link, so you can track your delivery.
