According to consumer law, you as a customer have the right to complain, and the warranty covers original manufacturing defects, i.e., defects that occurred during the production of the product. If you as a customer have received a defective item, we ask you to contact our customer service at [email protected] as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered.
Include the order number in your message and describe the defect of the product as thoroughly as possible. We will then send you a return label. We cover the shipping costs. When we receive the product in return, we will contact you and help you further, whereupon you will receive a new product or your money back. The complaint does not apply when we cannot find any fault with the product or if the customer has caused the damage themselves, such as normal wear and tear and handling errors.
